My Parts List is Growing

I still need to swap the tranny mount and drive shaft from my other car.
I have a Racing Beat muffler to put on the car. It used to be mine and it have come back around to me. I also ordered most of the parts I need to finish the motor.

I still need to have the injectors cleaned. Rebuild the oil metering pump (I already have the kit from pineapple racing). I need to order the Atkins Six Port Actuator Valve Kit, K&N air filter, and one coolant line to be able to finish all the critical things on the motor. In the coming months, I’d like to get Bönez Street Exhaust mid pipe to finish the motor.

Rear Speakers

I installed my alpine 6 1/2″ type-s speakers from my other car in the rear of this one.  Accessing the rear speakers is fairly easy.  I just needed to pull about 5 screws per side to see the speakers.  The new speakers were a direct bolt in.

Next on my list is motor mounts, tranny mount, and drive shaft.

Install Update

I installed my springs and struts over the weekend. I haven’t been able to drive it yet though. I also installed Russell Speed Bleeders that I ordered a week ago and front SS brake hoses.  I still need to swap out the rear brake hoses, the existing ones look to be in good shape so I’m not worried.

The new speed bleeder in the rear passenger side snapped off when I was installing it but it is close completely.  I will need to replace it the next time I need to bleed the brakes.

Wish List

I plan to stick mostly with suspension parts.

I plan to keep the motor stock except for a Bönez Street Exhaust System and a K&N drop in filter.

ReSpeed strut brace
ReSpeed front sway bar
Suspension Techniques 3 position adj. rear sway bar
ReSpeed front coilover kit, Road Race
ReSpeed 2.5″ ID x 8″ Long, coilover springs
ReSpeed rear coilover adjuster kit
ReSpeed camber plate kit
TOKICO Illumina adjustable shocks
Energy Suspension bushings
Mazdatrix watts link bracket reinforcement
Hawk hps pads
-SS brake lines (already have from my old car)
Powerslot rotors on all corners

Repairs I still need to do:
-unstick 6 port actuators
-have injectors cleaned and pressure tested
-replace intake gaskets because I have to pull the intake
-replace thermostat
-replace coolant line that goes under oil filter and coolant lines to intake
-finish replacing vacuum lines
-replace front struts (taking them off my 83)
-replace air filter
Paint and body list:
-repaint the car the stock color
-leave the body stock
-hand painted pin striping matching original

O2 Sensor

I pulled the front rotors off yesterday and inspected the bearings. I intended to replace them but they looked like replacement barrings and were in great shape. I tightened the barrings down with the calipers off so I could get an accurate amount of torque on the bearings and that seemed to help with my front end vibration.
I also replaced the O2 sensor with a direct fit Bosch sensor.  Do you think the old one was shot?
